Louise draws on a number of disciplines, including Person Centred, Transactional Analysis and Psychodynamic approaches. She also has some experience of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy within her training.
Psychodynamic Theory works on the principle that your childhood experiences greatly affect emotions and behaviour in adulthood.
Transactional Analysis can support your daily interactions with people by looking at how we relate and communicate with others.
A Person Centred approach helps us build trust so, in time, you are able to explore and find your own resolution.
You can talk to Louise about anything, which might include:
Low self esteem, low self confidence, bullying, self harm
Bereavement, stress and loss
Panic attacks, Anger, Addiction
Workplace issues, Redundancy
Sadness, Trauma, Abuse
General anxiety disorder (GAD)
Relationship issues, divorce, separation ( Individual counselling only. Not suitable for couples )
