Holistic Therapy is a non-invasive form of treatment, which aims to treat the underlying cause of your symptoms naturally in order to improve your overall general state of health and wellbeing.

Full Body Aromatherapy
A massage treatment that is enhanced by the use of per-blend oils. A choice is available depending on the clients needs.

An ancient form of massage is applied to the feet. Reflex points on the feet are linked to every part of the body. Pressure and massage is applied to aid and improve wellbeing.

A deeply relaxing treatment using volcanic rocks such as basalt stones to warm and soothe muscles of the body. Enhancing relaxation as well as eliminating stress related energy within the client body, mind and soul.

Meet the Specialist
Mike originally trained as a teacher and worked for a number of years teaching science to 11-16-year-olds in local schools. Having always enjoyed the pastoral role as much as the pure education side, Mike began to develop an interest in mentoring and coaching.
In 2015, Mike decided to formally train as a hypnotherapist, gaining registration with the National Hypnotherapy Society. In 2017 Mike left teaching to concentrate full-time on his therapy work. Mike is also a member of The Guild of Holistic Therapists and is covered by professional indemnity and public libabilty insurance.
A natural listener, Mike’s calm approach delivers outstanding results. His flexible attitude focuses on the individual, with no two clients being the same.
